REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

At Straivy, we want you to love your haircare experience. But if something doesn’t go as expected, we're here to help. Please review this Refund Policy before making a purchase. For any questions, reach out to straivyhairofficial@gmail.com.


USED PRODUCTS

Used items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing—we’re happy to assist.


UNUSED PRODUCTS (IN ORIGINAL CONDITION)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice when returning.

  • Refunds issued for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

  • For your security, please use a carrier that provides tracking.


EXCHANGES

We currently do not process exchanges. To receive a different product, simply return the unopened item (per the policy) and place a new order.


CANCELING AN ORDER

  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel via your account portal or order confirmation email—only before the item ships.

  • For assistance, email straivyhairofficial@gmail.com with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.

  • If cancellation occurs after shipping, return the package unopened and we'll refund the product cost (shipping not included).


SHIPPING ERRORS, INCORRECT ORDERS, OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We apologize for any mistakes. Please report any shipping errors, missing or incorrect items, or damaged products within 10 days of delivery. For prompt resolution, contact us at straivyhairofficial@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Final sale items (if applicable) are not returnable.

  • Make sure to check ingredient lists before purchase—returns are not eligible for cause of minor ingredient intolerance.
